June 2010 - Integra 2010 has reached its objectives and has been in the transfer phase since 1st June 2010. What does this term transfer phase mean in this context? Various tools and methods have been developed during the course of the project so far, which we would like to introduce to a wider circle of people during the transfer phase.

The Integra 2010 project has extended its remit.
Recently Integra 2010 has started to target people who are already employed in simple or unskilled jobs in companies. This group is particularly vulnerable to the fluctuations of the employment market. Therefore, their position is to be strengthened by recording their abilities, preparing qualification plans and vocational training. This benefits not only the employee, but also the company as a whole. The more qualifications each employee has, the more deployable they are. Furthermore, the added satisfaction of improving one's skills produces a positive effect on motivation and willingness to work.
